This scheme comprises of three buildings (new build and extensions) at No. 4 Norton Road: a new building single storey pavilion to create 5No. apartments, remodelling of the existing Berith House to create 4No. apartments and the demolition of the existing garage and a new build social space linked to Bossert House.
ESD were been appointed by Camphill Village Trust to provide the full M&E detailed design and on site construction duties prior to final handover. The proposed scheme included for individual metered cold water / gas / electric supplies to each dwelling, highly efficient condensing combi boilers, LED lighting, warden call, fire alarm and external lighting.
The building was successfully handed over in November 2016.
