ESD General Update on Projects Secured and Delivered
5th January 2018
It has been a busy couple of months as we saw out a very prosperous 2017 for ESD both in our Sale and Chester offices with some great projects recently secured and delivered.
We have received appointments for Greater Manchester Police and the Eaton Estate strengthening our blue light and heritage/conservation expertise across the Practice.
We have recently completed designs for 3No separate assisted technology independent living schemes for our clients at Stoke on Trent City Council, Progress Housing and a joint venture of Manchester based RPs (Great Places, Wythenshawe Care and Mosscare St Vincent). We take pride in being able to support these projects which help people with learning difficulties live their lives independently.
We have successfully handed over of a new £10M joint training facility for Derbyshire Fire and Rescue and Derbyshire Police. We are also in attendance at the official opening of the extra care facility named Hartley Place in Ellesmere Port for our client Magenta Living.
We have also just commenced work on a £2M extension to the St Kentigerns Hospice in St Asaph and have secured 2No PRS Schemes in Macclesfield and Northwich together with a supported housing scheme for Stoke on Trent City Council.
May we take this opportunity from us all at ESD to wish all of our clients and team colleagues a very Happy and Prosperous New Year for 2018.
